Deep and effective gain and frequency shaping comes through the Colour Box V2 with dedicated Master, Pre-Volume, and Step controls for adjusting the gain of the whole unit as well as getting particular with its internal gain staging and preamp. A Hi/Lo switch also appears on this version to add in extra headroom for high or low gain playing and recording situations – Hi for more headroom, Lo for less.

The EQ section of the Colour Box V2 allows for intense and accurate adjustment of both frequency level and presence, where there is virtually no stone that cannot be turned, making for an excellent addition to the boards and rigs of audiophiles and studio dwellers. Along with these deep EQ functions, the Colour Box V2 comes with built with a combination XLR and quarter-inch input jack that allows for connection to instruments or microphones.
